Grow Your Business Online Grant – Get up to $2,400 to grow your business online
Boost Your Business Technology Grant – Get up to $15,000 to boost your business technology
Is the Grow Your Business Online grant suitable for you?
Apply for the Grow Your Business Online grant and receive up to $2,400 to assist you in reaching your customers wherever they are. A local service provider will handle your application and connect you with an e-commerce advisor.
To qualify for funding through CDAP, your business must meet the following requirements:
- It is a for-profit business, including for-profit social enterprises and co-operatives.
- It is registered or incorporated.
- It sells goods and services directly to end consumers (consumer-facing).
- It has at least one employee (excluding the owner) or generated a minimum of $30,000 in annual revenue in the most recent tax year.
- It commits to maintaining a digital adoption strategy for a period of six months.
- It agrees to participate in follow-up surveys, share data about the experience, and have its name published as a grant recipient.
However, your business is not eligible for the grant if it falls under the following categories:
- It is a corporate chain, franchise, or registered charity.
- It represents a multi-level marketing company.
- It is a brokerage firm, such as real estate agents, investment advisors, insurance agents, etc.
- It engages in online reselling or drop-shipping reliant on third-party suppliers.
- It is a wholesale or distribution business or a manufacturer (unless it sells directly to consumers).
Is the Boost Your Business Technology grant suitable for your business?
The Boost Your Business Technology grant offers up to $15,000 for advisory services and up to $100,000 in interest-free loans from the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC) to support the implementation of technologies that can drive your business forward.
By participating in this grant, you will have the opportunity to work with a knowledgeable digital advisor who will assist you in creating a customized plan that aligns with the specific needs of your business.
